Terms and Conditions


  • All orders are shipped traceable and requires a signature in order to receive the goods.
  • Shipments will be sent by a courier of our choice and may vary depending on destination and availability.
  • APO/FPO address: delivery is considered complete when tracking shows customs cleared. There will be no reshipping nor refund in case of non-delivery to final destination. Please use the base address instead if possible.


  • All signs have 1 year manufacturers warranty.
  • We will replace neon tubes which are damaged during shipping, however, all damage must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of sign to sales@NeonSignsUS.com.


  • All returns/exchanges require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at sales@NeonSignsUS.com to obtain RMA number.
  • Neon sign damaged during shipping are not refundable, we will send replacements in this case.
  • Worldwide orders not received within 45 days are reshipped.
  • All sales are final.
