All orders are shipped traceable and requires a signature in order to receive the goods.
Shipments will be sent by a courier of our choice and may vary depending on destination and availability.
APO/FPO address: delivery is considered complete when tracking shows customs cleared. There will be no reshipping nor refund in case of non-delivery to final destination. Please use the base address instead if possible.
All signs have 1 year manufacturers warranty.
We will replace neon tubes which are damaged during shipping, however, all damage must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of sign to sales@NeonSignsUS.com.
All returns/exchanges require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at
sales@NeonSignsUS.com to obtain RMA number.
Neon sign damaged during shipping are not refundable, we will send replacements in this case.
Worldwide orders not received within 45 days are reshipped.
Orders not received within 31 days are refundable.
